Reimbursement Policy

The District Committee has historically reimbursed actual costs for such things as telephone and fax calls, postage, and supplies. It is up to you to provide suitable proof of such expenditures and to send the request for reimbursement to the District Committee treasurer.  Check with the District Committee Treasurer to find out what is reimbursable and to have any procedural questions answered.
